Virtual Physiotherapy 

Can’t make it into the clinic? 

A silver lining of the pandemic was that I was able to see that virtual physio is not only convenient, it's effective! Not unlike in-person physiotherapy, we start with a thorough assessment and understanding of your story, just this time, via an online video platform! Many of my patients find this virtual option is really effective to keep them on track (hello, accountability) and we are able to tailor sessions to your home and available equipment.
